PROJECT DESCRIPTION
A portion of the exterior wythe of stone on the south elevation of this historic 1888 sandstone church was bulging out-of-plane, presenting danger of collapse. Cintec grouted stainless steel anchors were installed at a regular spacing across the cavity, and then the cavity was injected with grout. The Cintec anchors were installed in cored holes in the stone, and the stone was patched to hide the repair. - Pointing of mortar joints in repair area to match the in-place mortar.
